The Mission O Spring Prayer Walk is underway. Help cover our city with prayer. It’s very easy! Walk (or drive) your block or street. Pray for God’s blessing on the inhabitants of each home. Rock the River Events

May 4 and 5 – Youth FM419 – Join youth from across Ontario for a weekend of high-energy music and life-changing training. Get down to the basics of what you believe, find power to live what you say, and learn how to share your faith with others. Friday, May 4 from 7:00 to 10:00 pm, and Saturday, May 5 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle – only $15, includes materials and a meal on Saturday.

The next Men Breakfast Study Group will be June 16th 2012 at 9:30 am at the church.

Baking and Knitting Needed for General Council

General Council needs volunteers to bake dozens of cookies and muffins for August 11 – 18 (start now and freeze them in dozens).

Also looking for knitted or crocheted hats, mitts, scarves to be presented at the closing service on Aug 18.

The Ottawa Presbytery PRAYER CIRCLE would like to add your concerns to their list of prayers this week.  Prayers are said for the congregations and ministers on the prayer cycle calendar as well as for the whole body of Presbytery.  The prayer requests are kept in strictest confidence. Please send your individual concerns to prayercircle@uccanottawa.org and we will uplift them in prayer.  Prayers are lovingly offered weekly.
